The two-sentence version. SuperMoo reminds you to get up and move for sixty seconds, and a cow named Moo does the asking. Ignore the ask long enough and Dracu-Moo, a vampire cow who would prefer you stayed seated, takes over your widget and darkens the sky behind it until you move.
It runs on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, the Mac menu bar, Android, and Chrome, and it is made by a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that spent its first ten years making slow, wordless films for children. Everything you need to write about us is on this page, and every asset downloads without a form.
This is the part that needs seeing rather than describing, so here it is described as plainly as possible. Moo asks you to move for sixty seconds. The home screen widget carries Moo's mood and a matching sky: sleepy early, eager once you are moving, grooving past halfway, glowing at goal. Ignore the asks and the mood turns the other way. Stage one, Moo looks concerned and storm clouds arrive. Stage two, Dracu-Moo acquires the cape and starts building on the moon. Stage three, Dracu-Moo takes the widget over completely and the sky goes to deep space. Move once, at any stage, and the plans get crossed out and Dracu-Moo retreats. Then comes back, because Dracu-Moo always comes back.
Two accuracy notes, since both are easy to get wrong in a write-up. Moo flies. Dracu-Moo does not. And Dracu-Moo has no fangs, which surprises people: the look is red horns, red eyes and a dark-red cape on a cream body, and that is all of it.
No backend, no accounts, no sign-up, no ads in the app. Your move history lives on your device. That is also why goal sync is Apple-only: iCloud does the work a server would otherwise do. The honest exception is ad measurement, and it is scoped: on iPhone and Android, purchase events and a device identifier reach our advertising partners, which Apple lists as three data types on our store page. The Mac app and the Chrome extension ship without Meta’s SDK.
SuperMoo can log a movement break and one exercise minute. It cannot read your Health data. Not steps, not heart rate, not workouts. A read-access feature was built and then deliberately shelved, because shipping it would have contradicted the promise that Moo never reads your health data.
No leaderboard, no comparison to other people, no streak engineered to hurt when it breaks. There is a progress screen if you want one. Miss a day and nothing punishes you for it.
Moo and Dracu-Moo are referred to by name, never with gendered pronouns, everywhere in the app and everywhere on this site. If you are quoting us, please keep that.

Typeface pairing is Caprasimo for display, Nunito 700 to 900 for body, and Fredoka 500 to 600 for accents. All three are free on Google Fonts.
Reweave is a small US nonprofit that spent its first ten years making slow, wordless films for children, mostly for kids around the world with limited access to gentle media. The films were made by hand, over years, with patience. Then the people who made them looked down one day and realised they had argued for slow attention for a decade and forgotten to give one second of it to their own bodies. SuperMoo is the smallest possible apology to their legs.
It also became something else: a way to fund the wider mission. Every dollar of SuperMoo's premium revenue and every donation funds Reweave's next film, the next library, the next minute of slow attention in a child's life. Donations are tax deductible in the US.
