Who we are, what this covers
Supermoo is made by Reweave, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit building tools for movement and learning. Learn more at reweave.org.
These terms cover the Supermoo apps and the supermoo.org website. By using Supermoo you agree to them. If you downloaded Supermoo from the App Store or Google Play, that store's standard license terms also apply, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What Supermoo is, and is not
Supermoo is a wellness and entertainment product that reminds you to take short movement breaks.
Supermoo is not medical advice. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and it is no substitute for a doctor or qualified professional. If you have a medical condition, an injury, or any doubt about whether light movement is right for you, please check with a professional before using movement reminders.
Move at your own pace, and your own risk
Physical activity, even gentle activity, carries some inherent risk. By choosing to do any movement Supermoo suggests, you accept that risk. You agree to:
- listen to your body, and stop right away if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort;
- choose movements that suit your own health, ability, and surroundings;
- make sure your space is safe (clear floor, stable footing, room to move) before you moove.
You are responsible for your own safety. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reweave is not liable for injuries or losses that arise from your decision to perform any movement.
No account, your data stays yours
Supermoo has no accounts, no login, no name, no email. Your streaks, goals, and history live on your device. We collect only anonymous usage counts. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and purchases
Premium is sold through the App Store, Google Play, or the Chrome Web Store as a subscription or a one-time purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by that store under its own terms. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. Premium proceeds fund Reweave's nonprofit mission.
Our content
Moo, Dracu-Moo, and all Supermoo art, characters, names, and text belong to Reweave. Enjoy them in the app and share screenshots freely. Please don't copy, resell, or pass them off as your own.
Made for grown-ups
Supermoo is made for adults who miss moving like kids. It is not directed at children. Outbound links and purchases sit behind a grown-up check inside the app.
Warranty and liability
Supermoo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the same extent, Reweave's total liability arising out of or relating to Supermoo will not exceed what you paid for it in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and if you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Changes to these terms
When we update these terms, the new version goes live at this URL with a fresh date at the top. Material changes will be noted in the app or on this site. Continuing to use Supermoo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
